Purpose and Objective

This organization is organized exclusively for the purpose of charitable, educational, and enculturation of new and existing Kenyan Immigrants in the State of Minnesota.

For such purposes, the making of contributions and distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section·1 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code
